Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements between the contractor (Vadim Erofeev) and the client regarding digital services such as video editing, content creation, and related offerings.

2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is formed once the client accepts an offer or receives a written confirmation of the order.

3. Services
The scope of services will be agreed upon individually. Any changes or additional requests must be agreed upon separately and may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are net unless stated otherwise. Billing is based on either hourly rates or a flat fee, as agreed. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of custom digital services, no right to cancel or refund applies once work has begun. Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases where a proven service deficiency exists.

6. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all required materials and information in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing input are not the responsibility of the contractor.

7. Usage Rights
The contractor grants the client the agreed usage rights to the final content. Raw materials remain the property of the contractor unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability
The contractor is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for data loss or quality issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete client input.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is the contractor’s registered address.

10. Content Restrictions
We do not accept projects that involve ideological or sensitive content, including but not limited to political campaigns, military, or religious messaging.
