Refund Policy

My services consist of custom-made digital content (e.g. video editing, content production). Therefore, according to § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal expires once the execution of the contract has begun and the client has expressly agreed that I may start before the withdrawal period ends.

Refunds are generally not offered, unless a clear and verifiable defect in my work occurs that cannot be corrected. In such rare cases, we may agree on a partial or full refund on an individual basis.

Please note: In the case of AI-generated videos, the result may not always exactly match your expectations, as AI systems interpret prompts and creative instructions in varied ways. Minor deviations, artistic interpretation, or unexpected results do not qualify for a refund.

By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms and waive your right of withdrawal once work begins.
