Refund Policy

1. Exclusion of Withdrawal (B2B)

Insofar as the Client acts as an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB (commercial or independent professional activity), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. A contractual right of withdrawal is not granted.

2. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

For contracts regarding customized digital services (e.g., video editing), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely once the Contractor has commenced performance. By commissioning the service, the Client expressly agrees to the early commencement (§ 356 Para. 5 BGB).

3. Refunds and Liability for Defects

• 3.1 Digital Services: As all content is created individually to the Client's specifications, refunds are generally excluded once work has commenced.

• 3.2 Rectification: In the event of technical defects, the Client is initially entitled only to rectification within the agreed revision rounds. Subjective "dislike" of a contractually compliant execution does not entitle the Client to a refund.

• 3.3 Cancellation of Videography/Media Days: No problem if you give us more than 14 days notice. For cancellations within 14 days of the shoot, a fee of 20% of the project value applies to cover planning and preparation costs already invested.

• 3.4 Termination after Production: If a project is canceled after a shoot has already taken place, the Contractor’s claim to remuneration for the production day and preparation remains in full force and effect.
