We process the following types of data in particular:

  • Master Data: First name, last name, billing address, email address, phone number.

  • Payment Data: Information required for payment processing.

  • Client Material: Videos, images, and briefings uploaded or sent for processing.

  • Communication Data: Chat histories (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger), emails.

Storage Methods: Your data is stored both locally on secured systems and within our Content Management System (CMS) on Wix.com. Local storage is used for operative editing and archiving, while the CMS is utilized for managing client relationships and website content.

3. Legal Basis

Data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 GDPR:

  • lit. b: For the performance of a contract (processing your orders).

  • lit. a: On the basis of your consent (e.g., contact via WhatsApp).

  • lit. c: For compliance with legal obligations (tax law/accounting).

  • lit. f: Legitimate interest (IT security, quality assurance).

4. Disclosure to Third Parties & External Staff

Your data is only shared within the necessary scope:

  • External Staff & Freelancers: To ensure timely and specialized processing of your video material, client material (raw data/projects) may be shared with external collaborators. These individuals are contractually bound to confidentiality and to handle the data in compliance with data protection laws.

  • Service Providers: Hosting providers (Wix), payment processors, and accounting software.

5. Communication via WhatsApp and Messenger

If you contact us via WhatsApp or other messenger services, or send us material (information, files, links) through these channels, this is done based on your consent or for contract initiation/fulfillment. Please Note: We point out that messenger services like WhatsApp may store data on servers outside the EU. By using these channels, you agree to this form of communication.

6. Hosting via Wix.com

Our website and CMS are hosted via Wix.com. Wix employs high security standards (SSL encryption, firewalls, access controls). Details on data processing by Wix can be found in their privacy policy.

7. Storage Duration

We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by legal retention periods (e.g., 10 years for billing data according to German tax law/HGB). Client material (raw data) is archived for a limited period after project completion in accordance with our T&Cs and subsequently deleted.

8. Your Rights

9. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures (TOM) to protect your data from unauthorized access. This includes encryption of transmission paths and password protection for local storage systems.
